Making digital images seemed a natural for me. With a background in printmaking and photography, all it took was for the technology (mostly printing) to catch up.

Being able to combine images seamlessly (or not), and being able to use text were the two most important things I could do digitally, both of which were (are) doable using traditional media, but not with the kind of fluency and ease you get digitally.
Images come from scanned film, digital photos, scanned objects, and clip art. The pieces combine Photoshop and Illustrator, and occasionally some hand drawing.
